Everytime I come to this location it’s always upwards of 30 minutes to wait for my food. I placed an order and always show up 10-20 minutes late just so they have extra time to make the order. But every time I come it they haven’t even started it and are in the lobby on their phones. The worst service anywhere
DO NOT RECOMMEND. The place is very dirty, not a good atmosphere. Popoyes has so much potential and their seasoning is good but this place NEED new management. It’s just so bad.
Horrible service no communication. Placed an order online at 2pm for 3:45 pick up. No call saying they were closed for maintenance no sign on the door. Showed up to get my order at 3:50 and the store was closed. Wasted $60 on food i didn't receive now I'm wasting my time trying to get a refund when all this could of been avoided
I have been to Popeyes many times Never had a problem They even successfully created a full dinner at a repass after a funeral service No complaints at all We also ordered it ahead of time and everything was Delicious! Thank you Popeyes on The SW side of Cedar Rapids keep up the great work!
... I just went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and received the absolutely the worst food I have ever received from a restaurant!...the fries were ice cold...and I mean like they had been sitting on the counter for an hour!...I through them in the garbage before I had even left the drive thru...the chicken was so undercooked, that I had to trash half of it!...and to top if off I asked for a diet coke and received a regular one...oh and no straw either...I gave them another shot and they unfortunately came throug... read more
