I ordered food last night. Went there and they were closed, even though their website says that they're open. Went back today after they "opened" and the place was still closed. I have been charged already, and haven't gotten a refund! Do better popeyes!
Yikes. Ordered takeout, showed up at the time indicated, and got told they were waiting on chicken to be cooked. No big deal, so I asked how long it may take because my son was waiting in the car. Guy in the kitchen literally yells at me and tells me I need to be patient. I literally was not even upset until I got scolded by a random fastfood worker.
