When popeyes first opened up in Cedar Rapids the food was and service outstanding. Now a few short months later the food and service has changed for the worst. Cold chicken and ay times slightly under cooked, sour sides and biscuits. My last three visits was a waste of my money very very sad and dissatisfied. I will not be back.
