Extremely rude and incompetent! It’s not that hard to provide quality customer service! They were very unprofessional. I also saw another car drive off irritated. The menu listed items that were no longer being served. Totally not a place I would recommend or return to! This location will lose a lot of customers if this doesn’t get handled!
I guess someone removes my review of that’s possible, but I will never again give my hard earned money to Popeyes chicken!!! I would love to speak to some one on the corporate level. I’m sure they would be interested to know how VIETNAM VETERANS. ARE TREATED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! If I could do triple 000’s I would!!
I am flabbergasted at the ZERO RESPECT or lack of tolerance that this branch has for veterans!!! Veterans that made it possible for them to live free and work!!! I will NEVER AGAIN SUPPORT A POPEYE’S not that it would matter to them.. There was a Vietnam Veteran (probably late 80’s early 90’s in age), disabled of course very slow and very much in need. Every time I come to this place I always prepare myself to have to pull forward because food is never ready. Today was the worst. Me and 3 other cars were in line waiting on food and of course they’ve already taken your money so you can’t cancel the order. The line went so far back that people had to get out of their cars and walk to the window just to pay because they could not pull forward from all the cars waiting for their food.
