I just made an order. It clearly said thigh and legs. I received all breasts. To top is off I keep calling and it automatically hangs up. I don’t understand how a meal that was clear could be messed up so royally. No pride in their work. I have given multiple chances but every single order has had an issue. This meat is going to the garbage with the money I spent. Thanks for nothing.

To whom it may concern, I recently visited your Popeyes location at: 8703 Tonnelle Ave North Bergen, NJ 07047 United States on [date] at approximately 8:30 PM. I attempted to order spicy chicken, and the staff told me they did not have any. When I asked whether they had run out, I was told no — but they still refused to serve it to me.
