A little slow on drive thru, and got home to see biscuits and was not in the bag. Meal was supposed to come with biscuits.
I’ve been trying to call the store and ask some questions for the manager but I’ve been having a hard time receiving a call back or any answers I’ve been trying for about three days now it looks like ill just have to go in store to talk to someone is the phone number different then the one provided?
This is the second time this month that they have messed up our order. I ordered a classic and spicy chicken sandwich meal. Both times they just gave me classic. This second time, I checked the bag to make sure they got the order right and even told the guy at the drive through that one of the sandwiches was not marked as spicy. Visit july 8th, 1120 am. No silverware, ordered fries separate. NO fries in bag, even after some woman working repeated the order to us. Visited again Aug 7th. Forgot my apple pie. Jfc.
