They’re in there playing around never took my order. Instead said somebody call her to the drive thru window to take this order. No one ever came
I didnt received any food ...We were already in line for 20 minutes then the guy in the window say I didn't know you wanted something like I'm just standing there for fun.. Then he says it's going to be another 20 minutes for spicy..Another worker comes from outside grabbing cups not washing his hands and not try to help the guy on the register..He trys to do too many orders at once than he mixes everything up...Poor training..
I love me some Popeyes but every time I order is always 45 minutes to an hour wait on chicken just need to work on having a chicken ready to go.
