Order took a long time to receive. They told me to pull up to the door and they would bring it out, but when I finally got my food, items were missing. I had to go back and wait in line again. When I asked for the missing items, the staff was rude. Despite saying the delay was because the food needed to be cooked, it was still cold. I don’t recommend this location.
30 minutes for a simple sandwich order with some fries is just outrageous. And this isnt the first time. Manager and Managing partners should be ashamed of how mismanaged this place is. Someone needs to figure this out.
