I ordered on line and went to pick up. When I got there, there were about four cars parked waiting for food. Needless to say expectations for efficiency were not high at this point. Inside there were only 3 team members working, they were hustling. There was a lady complaining about her food not being cooked to her liking. Despite all this, the young lady at the counter remained poised, polite and professional.
Update: just read a bunch of 1 and 2 star reviews and they are spot on!!! Popeyes used to be the best. Now it's the worst of the worst. The selection of available parts, wings ETC was very limited. The pieces I recieved were super over cooked from sitting under heat lamps. Nothing like Popeyes spicy cardboard.
