I only write reviews when customer service can greatly use improvement. Came through drive through about 30-45 minutes ago & ordered 2pcs & cheese bites. I didn’t check the order before leaving, which is my fault. I get home & notice that the food isn’t mine, & take it back. They informed me that classic chicken would take 9 minutes, ok no problem. Takes way too long. And once you get in line you can’t escape you are stuck for 30min to an hour. And the food still is not fresh. Skip.
Went through the drive thru and employee said they were only serving pick up orders (uber eats, door dash etc).
Popeyes is always a good place to be this one had a very clean lobby the food was made quite fast and was very good I must say.........
