Worse food place, waited and hour for my food to be made and then they got it wrong by time i got home and check i had to go back for the food that was missing they did have it so i asked a refund and the Manager didn’t know how to give a refund so then had to wait for the food to be made which took 30 mins !!!
This is the worst fast food experience that I have had in a very long time. The have set the bar extremely low. The place was filthy, service slow and food horrible. The lobby and drive thru were backed up and the wait was extreme. The staff could barely use the registers.
They got my food wrong on 10/28, after trying to bring it back and get my money back, they claim they have a new system and has no idea how to do a refund, so after them take long over a hour to make my food, I couldn't even get my money back for them messing up the food
Me and my mom had to wait an hour for the food when the estimated time was 12 minutes. Very little explanation for that despite the fact the place was stocked with fried chicken. We could only get 2 sauces, period, not even 2 of multiple types. When I realized Chilled Lemonade was the liquid lemonade and not the slushy lemonade, I said "I will accept it despite mixing up the two". Ordered some chicken and fries today which tasted horrible! The fries and chicken tasted very dry and seemed like they have been sitting out for awhile. I called and a lady named Fatima answered and told me I can bring back the food for a replacement. When I arrived at the store, I asked an employee at the cashier if I could just have some apple pies instead than getting the chicken and fries replacement. i thought if I get apple pies instead as a replacement maybe it will taste better than the chicken and fries.
