This is probably the worst Popeyes in America. You are guaranteed to spend an hour waiting on your food every time.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Popeyes in Burtonsville. Unfortunately, this is now the third time I’ve visited this location and experienced issues with the restaurant being completely unprepared for the volume of customers they have coming through the door. I placed an online order at 6:55 PM, and the app indicated that my order would be ready at 7:18 PM. I arrived at approximately 7:24 PM. Way understaffed during dinner time on a weekend, labor day. Long line. Some gave up, walked out. Food is good. Staff is nice.
They suck at managing their specific restaurant. They take forever to serve your ONLINE Order. Walk in I get 15 mins to pick up your order multiple times. They suck
