The food takes forever to come. Every time I've been here I had to wait at least 5 minutes (I've been here multiple times in the last 10+ years). The last time, the guy did not follow my order directions and the chicken wasn't all that great the last two times I went there (this was om the last 2 weeks).
No complaints from my end! Staff treats you with respect compared to other places, got my food quick and warm. This Popeyes is pretty clean too and has a lot of space. The person named by Anik I think, he's very friendly and understood what I wanted. Thank you!
Poor customer service. Too slow. The cashier is rude.
