This location is just not worth it, the last 3 visits have been a rather poor. Extremely long wait time, meaning 30 minutes or more, for a three piece and a chicken sandwich. Today I put an order in using the app and was told I need to go inside to get my order. I sat in the restaurant for 15 minutes after waiting 20 in the drive through, to then be handed my food that had been sitting on the counter since I left the serving window. Do NOT waste your time coming here...you'll wait and wait and get rude service...drive thru person told me to come inside and order...i said no...she said well too bad because she's washing dishes..this is not the first time you can't use drive thru
Terrible food & service and the owner doesn't care. Used to be good, no more. They need to close them all down
The perfect example of terrible customer service and Bad Business acumen. Perhaps why Sailormen Inc has declared bankruptcy and 17 stores have been shut down. This place consistently gets bad reviews and Senior Management does nothing to resolve the problem. They will just respond to your comments on Google reviews saying I'm sorry that you went through this, and we will address the situation.
