My visit was extremely unsatisfying. Not only was the service excessively slow, but the rude employee refused to honor any coupon I tried to redeem. I made a purchase regardless and eventually returned with a feedback code from my receipt. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes only to once again, seeing the employee refuse to honor that as well. This is the worst Popeyes ever. Beware!
