Although the food was good, a few things were off. For example, my drink (which was a regular coke) tasted completely watered down. Also, the customer service could definitely use some work. I went there the other day, and I believe I left my card there. I called back and asked if they had the card or seen one, and they simply hung up! Very disrespectful, and I didn't have a harsh tone at all. Other than that, the food itself was decent.
Will never buy here again. While the restaurant was clean. The servers kept having conversation & customers had to wait until they were ready to serve. If you ask for condiments you get 1, no napkins or utensils available anywhere & server ignores customers when inquired. They need people who actually want to work & know that customers are the reason for they have a job.
Beware, this Popeyes is a scam. I went to redeem a free item from the Popeyes app. After scanning my app and my points were deducted, the manager proceeds to tell me they don't honor the app. these employees need serious customer service training.
