It's been awhile since I visited a Popeye's, and after this visit, it may be awhile again. I ordered a white meat meal, and the breasts left a lot to be desired. It was as if they took the breast, removed a large piece of flesh from one side to make a sandwich, and then just fried the rest. They were thin and sad and had nothing but batter on one side.
