Customer service is poor, the staff have attitudes or give an issue whenever I come ! The food almost never right. The manger sucks as well his attitude is very disrespectful and gives he does not like his job! I suggest new management and staff ! Just go to a different location if you don’t want to ruin your day
We payed $36. For an 8 piece with red beans and rice. She asked for dark meat, it was white meat(my wife, and I payed for it so I’m pissed off) then the red beans and rice was over half beans with so much water in it it’s disgusting. If we wanted to make it proper we would have to cook rice and add it, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food, I would’ve cooked at home for $10 and made better food.
