I ordered chicken tenders for my wife and a3 piece meal for myself. I had requested honey mustard for the tenders and a diet coke for my wife and a REGULAR doctor pepper for myself. I caught that they gave me bbq sauce instead of honey mustard while in the restaurant. Got home and found I received DIET, not regular doctor pepper. Avoid this location. This is the second time they’ve forgotten items from my order. Today my combo was missing all 3 Classic Tenders, and the last time they also left items out. Double-check your order before you leave, or you may end up paying for food you never receive. Very disappointing.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Popeyes, probably four years maybe more. But I did not expect the changes in the quality of the product. They got rid of their onion rings, which were phenomenal. They no longer are doing the fried pickles. We ordered the actual chicken pieces and I have to say that it was one of the worst fried chicken meals I’ve ever eaten. They changed the recipe and the look of it. It’s no longer that light batter.
