drove up 20 minutes early, asked the manager if they can take my order, manager says they can't take my order till 11, so i waited by 11 they said they're only serving the drive thru. freaking trashy.
Drive thru wait time and food was terrible and they gave me chicken that tasted like it was cooked in burnt/old grease.
Not sure what kind of excuse can be used now since COVID isn't an issue but these places are ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. AND FAST FOOD DETAILIS DEFINITELY OUT OF THE PICTURE
The service is consistently horrible. Employees are rude and don’t acknowledge you when you’re standing at the counter waiting. I’ve hoped that service would improve but it seems to just be getting worse.
