Horrible service, waited to long to be greated. Kids on the phone not acknowledging customers. Horrible service. i ordered online food wasn't even ready, stuff just thrown in bag. No straws, napkins or silverwear given missing honey packets Chicken looks overly cooked
1 star. The staff is completely useless, sitting on their phones and blatantly ignoring customers. Even with the food already prepped, waiting forever for basic service is unacceptable. Horrible attitude, slow service, and zero effort. Never again.
Today me and my mother was disrespected by a young lady she threw the food at my mother out the window she was talking very rude and nasty and we didn’t even get anything that was asked for no silverware no straws no sauce that was asked for with the tenders and shrimp phone service at the location does not work so I went back to speak with manager she seems to not even be concerned just be aware dealing with places like this very unprofessional

Food was cold, customer service was horrible I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and it was only one car in front of me. So I went in it was one customer at the window the guy who was taking orders was moving SUPER SLOW, EAR BUDS IN HIS EAR, PEOPLE IM THE BACK JUST LAUGHING AND JOKING AROUND.
