Made an App order on Monday noon, went to the store for pick up 15 minutes later, but saw the store was CLOSED “due to the maintenance”. How come they still charging me while the store was CLOSED in the middle of the day?! This location should be disabled on the store availability list in the App if it is closed for any reason! I am quite sure I am not the only one in this situation. Store Manager needs to do something about this! Btw, this location is a very smoky place.
I came to this location to get a 2-piece Tuesday special at about 7:10pm. The cashier was apologetic that they had no chicken ready because they had just opened for the day (at 7pm?) There was no food in the warmer behind the counter and the menu screens were not turned on. The cashier asked me to come back in 20 minutes, so I bought some groceries at Sobeys across the parking lot before coming back. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !!!. the employees do whatever want. No form of managment. They dont even stick to store hours and close the store whenever they feel like it. The food is lackluster, and thier is poor hygeine. I ordered chicken nuggets and they were all raw. When i called for a refund they told me to visit the location the next day. When i visited they refused a refund yet instead offered to remake the order. Do not waste your time and find a better popeyes.
