The Employee at drive thru&Supervisor were very friendly&the food were very good! However, the app let me buy 2 gallons of unsweetened tea, even tho they didn't have any. Then the nice lady supervisor let me know she can't give me chicken to offset the $14 I lost for the tea, that the app would take care of it. Only thing is the app would only refund 1 gallon. Just ordered the $20 family deal. I guess you have the option of tenders or bone in. I chose bone in. So I was suppose to get 3 legs 2 thighs 2 wings 2 breast 4 biscuits and one large side. They gave me no breast 5 legs 1 thigh 1 wing 1 drumstick. They don’t even wanna answer there phone. Probably be safe to get the tenders. Sad they want a raise in the fast food industry and they do stuff like this. The public has been warned🤙
