If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went in to get food, I was informed that my chicken would be 10 minutes. Absolutely no problem, I love fresh food. There was a pile of fries already in the bin when I walked in, and I also waited in line to order. I asked if I could please have fresh fries as well, she said yes no problem. Main issue is, even when you order and pay in advance on the app this location doesn't start making the order until you come into the store. This makes the pre-order pointless and a waste of time. Not an issue at other locations.
Best chicken sandwich and fries bar none. Love their chicken. It's so mouth-watering.
