Stopped to pick up Uber eats... nothing ready.. didn't have things ordered.. waited 10+ min to get things for order... time is money.. supposed to.be fast food.. not sit and wait food...
Ordered take out. Window staff pleasant enough. Classic chicken sandwich was thick and juicy. The Cajun fries were nothing special, just seasoned fries. Good value for your buck.
This restaurant is always on that BS. Pull around to wait for food. Out of stock on what you want. No one cares. Worst part is that it's like $15 a person to eat there now, which is wild for how bad it is. I've tried to eat there maybe 7-10 times over the last few years and it's always the same experience.
Had Doordash take my money with no delivery. I went in with hopes, and I was surprised they took care of me even when they did not have to. Great experience with the staff and management.
April 6th 2025 add no chicken ready 20 minute wait for chicken there was nobody at the counter I had to ask if there was anybody working in the store to get service the kid came from sitting in a booth behind me and instead of working very angry with no food absolutely the worst place in Middleburg to get food because they don't have any food ready when you walk in the door don't waste your time going to this place
