I went thru the drive thru at 9:15pm. Ask was it any fresh chicken and the light skin tall girl got an attitude and change the headset to a short men and he had to finish taking my order. I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I ordered a 10-piece chicken meal, and when I got home and opened the box, I found a chicken wing with visible feathers still attached. That was disturbing and unacceptable. I took a photo for proof and had to throw the piece away. To make things worse, the rest of the chicken was dry and flavorless, and the biscuits tasted odd—like they weren’t fully cooked and had a strange tart taste.
