Food was terrible food was burnt and was very terrible you can’t even contact manager they need to be shut down immediately
If you want to wait forever for your food dont come to this location. I ordered 15 minutes prior to leaving work so it would be ready when I got there. Walk in and everyone's sitting down doing nothing. Order hadn't even been started yet then had to wait a extra 25 mins
I ordered a two piece meal and 3 piece chicken tender with fries and I did not receive my chicken tenders. The meal did not have the side that I ordered, and it was almost as if though the customer service was just a joke to the employees I tried to contact the restaurant after getting home and realizing my food wasn’t correct and there is no way to get in touch with them. 11307 Telegraph Location selling contaminated Food 3/29/2026 8:30 PM shift/ Attitudes When questions were asked they all went to that Back came out With my order.. went home ate the food got instantly sick. I feel they did something to the food..Needs to be a different crew of employees there or just shut the store down . Not doing the community any good at all
