Couldn’t be a worse place with worse employees. The worst service by far, they don’t even pick up the phone so you can dispute an order. Putting an item in the bag is such a burden for them that expecting your order that you payed for to be fulfilled is beyond their capabilities. Fire the whole staff, you couldn’t trust them to poor water out of a bucket if the directions were written on the bottom.

I placed an Uber Eats order as l've done previously, everything was great. This evening, 9/29/25, my husband wanted Popeyes for his birthday. We ordered the 12 piece family dinner, with fries and red beans and rice. (Biscuits included) It took over an hour for our food, the Uber eats person switched to a different person (with a $10 tip.) And we got mashed potatoes and gravy, instead of Cajun fries, no honey for the biscuits, and a 12 piece that included one breast, a neck bone, and a lot of legs. Do better. Y'all fell off.
What is wrong with the girl at the drive thru ? It's pretty obvious that everyone is referring to the same specific individual; she's extremely rude has 0 social skills. Seeing the smashed drive thru screen(that doesn't work), she probably made someone else angry enough to do so. The manager clearly doesn't care enough to rid of this person either , seeing how old some reviews seem to be. 🤷 What a waste of a new location.
