The food was good as usual but we paid extra to get buffalo sauce and didn’t get buffalo sauce. We had to wait like 30 minutes when they told us it would be 5 minutes at the drive thru. We paid for a 5 piece chicken strips that we were going to share and only got 3 piece. They also forgot to give us the soda. I went in to ask for the buffalo sauce and soda and there was a man standing in tattered clothes, said he was the manager. I told him what was missing and he gave us the soda. The management here needs to be replaced, or shut this location down. There are zero improvements and zero accountability with this location or the company.
Went thru drive thru, no one else was in line. Was asked to pull up. Waited 8 minutes before I backed up a honked horn to get my food they forgot me. Then they gave me cold food without my Mac and was promised extra fries that could not be eaten they were so hard.
Came in last July 2 people working didn't know how ring up orders girl tried charging me 31 dollars for 20 dollar order black guy getting dressed so dont know what he been doing told girl id call manager in morning they should of had a manager in store to teach them she said who cares so I went next door to bojangles so if popeyes wasted a lot of money building that new building just let employees run it not a chance I'll ever go back to popeyes bojangles from now on
