This was my first time trying Popeyes and I must say the service that I received from Michael deserves 10 stars. He apologized a couple times for the wait and explained the food will be fresh. I did not even have to wait that long and definitely no longer than I expected in a drive through. He was extremely nice. The chicken was the best chicken I’ve even eaten. The thin crunchy crust and the juicy chicken. I will definitely be back to eat at Popeyes.
Stop by on my through town I’ve seen it here several times the place looks brand new and awesome. Unfortunately they say you can’t order because the systems are down. I have yet to get anything from this Popeyes. It would be nice if they at least put a sign outside, saying opening soon.
They were not friendly or helpful in drive thru. They served dried out chicken and rock hard biscuits. I called to report and manager was just as dry and curt. She asked if I wanted a refund. Serving chicken that has been sitting long enough to dry out can cause serious illness.
