Terrible Popeyes, waited 20 minutes for my food. Arrived at 8:10 for them to have me wait at the door, and the employee comes out 20 minutes later with 6 bags asking me what was my order… even had a nasty attitude with ME, what did I do as a customer ??? could’ve just brought my food out instead of waiting for everyone else who was waiting for their order to be ready to hand me my order 20 minutes later. 10/10 DONT recommend this location.
How can you over cook chicken. I felt like I was in the hood ordering chicken with the attitude. I remember Popeyes was one of the best chickens fast food around and for the price you pay you think it would taste better. Overpriced and overcooked does not make me want to come back
This location is terrible. Serving food that has been cooked in burnt oil. The Manager had the nerve to serve it knowing it was burnt. Stay away from the one in Altamonte Springs. We went to the one in Casselberry and our experience was perfect. Either change the management and retrain the staff or close this location.
Went at 10:25am and the doors were locked? Didn’t get to eat and I hate reviews that don’t include the full experience. So 3 stars instead of 1. I believe in giving the benefit. If I get food there I will update the review. Love Popeyes but haven’t been to this loc.
The chicken was burnt and the place smells horrible it smells like burnt food and the food took 30 minutes for a family meal. That's crazy
