The doors are locked it’s 4pm on 8/27. This made us go through the drive through. After using the drive through, we waited over 20 minutes for our food with only one car in front of us. When we got to the drive through window, not only was our food not ready but the manager came to the window (man in grey shirt) and made us “back up behind the red poll”. Everything was fresh and delicious
I went inside to order, except I like to wash my hands before eating. They informed me that their bathroom was out of order and that customers are not able to wash their hands before eating. Unacceptable. Of course I'm reporting that to corporate. I believe if this location was in the suburbs, this problem would not occur.
