I went to Answer a phone call, the store said my order was there so it was stolen and the guy over the counter said it was my fault for not taking it. What type of service is this? Got home i know I asked for ketchup and he said I got you, clearly forgot. If I can give this place negative stars I would didn’t apologize to me and make me wait extra time and didn’t even try to make it right
Jessica was amazing, super nice and made sure the food was put fast
Horrible customer service! I ordered my food and had to ask them to give it to me after waiting 15 minutes and the food was just sitting there getting cold. Hold environment was bad. Never going again.
