I live in Highland, and this is the only location I visit. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this store. Most recently, I ordered a 5-piece chicken meal with 3 tenders and fries. The food was cold, the chicken was nearly burnt, and the portion of fries was very small. I was very disappointed with the quality. I’ve attached photos for reference.
Update: The store apologized within 12 hours of my writing this review. Thank you. Their chicken sandwich is good, but somehow this restaurant served me a cold, dry chicken breast in the sandwich I ordered. Couldn't complain, as I was just passing through the town it is in.
Good service, Good Popeyes Chicken, good deals. Local go to.
