Need help with order on kiosk. Helper didn’t scan my phone so I didn’t get rewards points. Waited 30 minutes for dark only meat. Was asked if I wanted sauceI replied BBQ. Paid 60$ for food and an extra 3$ for sauces and they gave me no sauce , they seemed upset we got 3 orders of chicken
They are just incredible slow. I sat in the Drive thru for 7 mins no one said anything when I said hello the lady said " I will get to you when I can mam" I have waited up to 15 mins in the Drive thru. No complaints on the food. I did not get to order.
