After ordering and asking for sauces at the window I was requested to pull up into a flooded parking lot so I pulled up to the stop sign. Somehow the third vehicle behind me received food before myself or the vehicle who was asked to pull up behind us. We had two separate orders but the employee wasn’t paying attention enough for us to tell her there was a second order. Chicken good. Service negative 3. Minus 3 stars. Service is just so bad.... Customer service....even worse. Would not recommend to anyone because experience so awful. Everytime. Chicken good though.
Workers are unprofessional, workers using profanity, my first and last time going. Forgot my sauce and took forever to give me my food.
Service was a bit unorganized. I was given a receipt for someone else’s food. People waiting for food, counter guy seemed overwhelmed Food came. Order was correct
