Customer service is still horrible no improvements since last visit...and it's a bad feeling when your the only one I line
Arrived there with 50 to spare before an appointment. Ordered our food. Waited about 10 minutes. We sat down to eat and my husband's chicken sandwich was cold. Went to resolve the problem and waited almost 20 minutes for a new sandwich. I ate while my husband just sat there. At the end my husband had to take the sandwich to go.
This is the absolute slowest Popeyes I’ve ever experienced in my life they never answer the phone customer service is horrible they need new managers or something
The food was very good!! What I didn't like is that the cashier was tearing the receipts wrong and was claiming the points/rewards for herself. I forgot to use the app, so I ordered at the counter. When I remembered to claim my purchase on the app, the rewards code that is at the bottom of the receipts wasn't on there. I asked about it then she gave me the piece that was missing, she had several receipt pieces by the register, so I guess that she is doing it to all the customers.
