Horrible experience. Went to the drive-thru at 9:00 PM and was greeted with such a rude person over the speaker. We had a coupon for 2 can dine for $7.99. Immediately was told about the limited availability of chicken and sides. Everything that we wanted was unavailable and what we got was old and cold. The chicken was clearly past your normal standards as it was hard, dark and dry. I want a complete refund and I will be posting this comment on every review board that I can think of. This is ridiculous.
