Absolutely terrible experience at this Popeyes. The manager was completely unprofessional and rude — she hung up on us twice while yelling, then left the phone line open and walked away. Our order of “white chicken” came out as nothing but wings, even though it was supposed to be a mix of breasts and wings. When we asked if they could correct the order or refund us, the manager flat-out refused. She wouldn’t give her name or provide a number to call for help. The chicken sandwich with bacon was good. The fries were okay. They forgot my mac and cheese. I didn’t realize it until after we got home. I normally check my order after receiving it but we were in a hurry to get home. The one in Lisle is pretty good with making sure every order is fulfilled. The customer service could use some work like acknowledge every customer that walks in or comes to the counter. This is about a 2 for me since I was missing an item.

The food is very delicious and fresh, the new wings with parmesan are excellent, nice guys
