My eyes popped out when I got told the price at the drive thru, but worse was the size of the pieces. $42.51 for this. In addition to the previous post The columbus popeye's closes at eleven p m.I ordered my food at ten seventeen p m and was told they didn't have much chicken left and was not going to be able to supply spicy only classic pieces and only had a few white pieces left.I can't believe that they would stop cooking so soon. This popeye's has been a complete disappointment from day one
I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes for my 8 piece meal. It was $24.99. As I am waiting, I see a special poster on front of store offering a 9 piece meal for $20. They should have told me about it at the drive thru. 30 minutes is ridiculous.
I joined the Popeye app to make an online order, I gave them 90 min in advance of picking up my order. When I get there to pick it up, I'm told it won't be ready for another 30 min ( REALLY). I go inside and wait. it was ready in 20 min but it was tossed up on the counter top and that person walked away. So much for the apps promise of points etc.
Literally nothing on the menu was available when I tried to order. Not sure how a business can stay open like that.
I love this place a good service… miss Jacky really nice person and she give me my food right and fresh
