Wow. Been a while since I've experienced such a poorly trained team on basic customer service. First, let me say that Daniel in the drive through was EXCELLENT. Repeated our order, got it correct, not too much ice in the drink. High five. However, the quality of the food we recurve was so low that I walked back in 4 minutes later to request a refund. We were stopping for fuel and decided to get a little snack. 2-piece (breast and thigh), and fried pickles. The breast was tiny...like literally half the size of the thigh and the pickles tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. My wife walked back in and asked for a full refund. Corporate ought to pull these people's franchise agreement.
Keep Driving and wait for Buc-ees. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get 2 cold chicken wraps. Not room temperature, refrigerated cold. The wait didn’t make sense since I was the only person waiting (no one inside either ). Once I received my food it quickly made sense. After I went back inside to notify them of the issue, it was clear. Poor service and poor food = no customers.
