They were nice. And prompt. Delicious. Satisfied customer.
I 1st went through drive thru no response went inside to find 1 employee sleep at a table waited 3 minutes someone came from back greeted me and said one moment. They went to wake up guy sleeping at table twice. He went to the back then to register then left without saying anything. He came again to the register rubbed his eyes and went to the back again. I left at this point no food or order taken
Horrible service. Food took forever. There were about seven employees just playing around and only three customers, and that was including the drive-thru. Nothing is fast about this fast-food place. These were suppose to be lemon pepper shrimp and this is how they looked after I complained they weren't what I had ask for.
My 3rd time to eat from this Popeyes. Consistently bad. Chicken dry, mashed potatoes/gravy bad, mac and cheese was very dry and awful, biscuit was so dry and definitely tasted old. Coke was great. Not going back anytime soon.
Don't expect timely service or manners 😂
