Keep Driving and wait for Buc-ees. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get 2 cold chicken wraps. Not room temperature, refrigerated cold. The wait didn’t make sense since I was the only person waiting (no one inside either ). Once I received my food it quickly made sense. After I went back inside to notify them of the issue, it was clear. Poor service and poor food = no customers. Food was good so was service
We ordered (2) #1's and literally threw them both in the trash. Obviously fried multiple times. Way too much breading. Fries were cold and drinks were flat. Obvious pattern of incompetence after reading the reviews.
