Excellent customer service
MANAGEMENT still has not rectified my complaint. I was asked for my e-mail address so that Management could contact me to resolve my complaint but I have not heard back from whomever. LeeRoy said he is a Manager. He could not hear me on the telephone. He put the telephone down and complained about me to the orher employees. I could hear them. My food was stuffed in a very small box. Napkins were full of grease Awful, Disrespectful, Unethical Manager LeRoy and Customer Service!!!
As I want you, no one addressed me.I stood there for a while as they looked at me.But kept talking to most themselves and doing whatever they were doing.Finally, the lady asked me online order or takeout.But she wasn't even looking at me
I placed an order on Monday 11/3/2025 and my order was wrong. I talked with who was very professional , helpful and had so a friendly personality she was so apologetic about the mistake and told me to come and get my correct order
