It started off with me thinking this was a location with a drive thru (it's in the mall however the online app list it as having a DT). However, that did not deter me, I had never visited VA and was happy to check out a new mall. Everytime I go to this place, they are always out of chicken of some type. Very few customers waiting with at least 7 employees, yet my order takes 15 minutes. Popeyes will be like kfc soon and be running ads trying to get customers back. Additionally, many times they take shortcuts and just throw flour on the chicken and fry it without putting the seasoning that Popeyes is famous for. I for one is done with Popeyes.
This is currently the only Popeyes I will go to, this staff is quick, cleanest location I’ve seen in the area and the chicken is well done. Other locations I’ve been to the chicken was undercooked on multiple instances which is unsafe to eat.
Popeyes in Lynnhaven Mall deserves 0 stars! Let’s talk about it. If this establishment closes at 7 PM, then anyone should be able to make an online order at 6:20pm and receive their food. Every associate working at this establishment is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. No, the Customer is not always right, but customer service should be the number one priority.
