Last night I wanted to try the chicken and honey biscuit. My biscuit was hard as a rock and the chicken was dry. Waited 3-4 minutes while cooks just stood around and talked then we finally got cashed out. I wanted to complain online to corporate but my husband through away the receipt. Not thrilled I don't know if I'll go back y'all usually do fine. Not happy
I sat in line and watched people in front of me hand back food. They had screwed up on 3 orders in front of me plus my own. Total disgrace. Will never go back to Popeyes in ripon.
Ordered mobile so it would be quick. Asked for extra pickles got zero. Fries were cold.
Food poisoning right after I ate chicken strips and chicken sandwich. Strong abdominal pain, dizziness and diarrhea right after eating! AVOID eating chicken from this place!
