The manager was amazing
Unbelievable...this is the SECOND TIME my 82 year old mom has gotten a biscuit like this from the Popeyes on Country Club Road, Lake Charles. Absolutely disgusting! This is the worst Popeyes in Lake Charles.
This place is a joke. I placed an online order for 5:45pm pickup. I arrive a little while after and the Manager asks me to pull up to the yellow line as the chicken won’t be ready until 12 minutes. Ok fine. We wait for 20 minutes and pull back up to the window and my order still was still not ready. The manager asks me to and wait for 3 minutes as it’s almost ready.
