My elderly Mother and I were so very disappointed as we were craving some Popeyes and thought this Willis, TX location would be really good as Willis is a nice little town. We'll, WRONG. We ordered a family pack meal. After paying with a bankcard, and waiting for our meal at the drive-thru, the employee hurriedly handed us our order and told me my bank card and receipt was in the bag. Bought 12 pc family meal. Chicken was way overcooked and hard cold slaw had a funny texture. The only thing that was descent was the mash potatoes and biscuits. Was very disappointed was not worth 34.00.
Slowest service ever
Very slow. Took 30 minutes to get order even though not busy.
They should've just stayed closed. Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins trapped in between cars because they're slow & thennnnn as soon as I get to the window my order isn't ready even tho I placed my order online the app 20 mins before that! Currently waiting for my order that I placed just about an hour ago. There's a whole parking lot full of cars waiting lol
