I have never been to a Popeyes that has been so unprofessional a day in my life!!! I ordered food here for the second time to give them a chance from my last experience and it’s the same thing just a different day. As a customer who is paying for food I should never ever have an experience of somebody snatching a bag of food out of my hand because somebody can not read or check an order to make sure everything is in there. Mismanaged store. Branch manager needs to be fired for incompetency. Taking 25 mins for an order. Absolutely no performance metrics followed. Working at snails pace. AVOID!

Just went in to grab a box of chicken and chicken sandwich, walk in the door, there's a cashier standing on her phone. Waited around 5 to minutes to she came over for her to take my order. No hello, nothing. I also ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. Get the order and I'm checking on the sandwich, then she says wait. You didn't want pickles? I said yes. She rolled her eyes and takes the sandwich to the back and takes the pickles off but the juice from the pickles are still on the sandwich. I'm allergic to pickles the... read more
