Wdym I wait 40 minutes to get a notification if my order is ready on the app, drive 15 minutes there, and find out they can’t fill it. Management, this is embarrassing and strange ur okay with inconveniencing people

Very disappointing experience. I received my chicken sandwich just a few minutes after ordering, but the chicken inside was cold and hard, as if it had been sitting for a long time instead of being freshly prepared. What concerned me even more was seeing one of the kitchen staff wearing the same gloves while handling money at the register, then returning to food preparation without changing gloves. The cook needs to learn how to use the timer. The chicken was burnt to a crisp. I also blame the manager for just selling the chicken instead of throwing it away. Terrible, I won't be back.
