This place is robbing customers who use the app to place orders. Guess it’s their company policy now. After taking payment on the app, the app freezes and stopped working and does not transmit your order anymore. This happened multiple times to me and they refuse to give me a refund. Even after I showed them my bank statements. Every time you have to go through their online system to file a claim, and then they close it out, saying that they detected profanity.
