The girls are super nice and accommodating. I had ordered online and walked in and sat for maybe 5 mins before they called my name. I think the kiosks and the fact that they want to steer elderly people away from ordering the only way they know how is ridiculous and will hinder business to these customers (this area is mostly elderly people) Do better popeyes.
Went in was told to "use the kiosk, I'l lhelp you if you need it." Wanted to order the 1/4 shrimp with tenders but of course, the option was missing from kiosk and I am on a time frame trying to get to my hotel before its late so I don't have time to bounce between a cashier and kiosk to get what I need. This location had limited drink options compared to others I've gone too but the quality of it was good so no complaints on that.
