They, just like other restaurants, try really hard to make you put in your order in the self serve kiosk. I went up to the front cashier to order, but she refused to take my order. I asked why and she said, "because we took too many orders at the cashier desk, so you need to use the kiosk". What happened to customer service. I don't want to use the kiosk, I want to place an order with a human cashier. Their goal is to hire less employees, make the customer do the work, and still charge us ridiculous prices.
