One of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced EVER!!! It’s pointless to order online take out- waited over 40 minutes for my order once I arrived. While they continued to give the drive-thru their orders. Management didn’t care to speak with me after requesting to speak with her. Told me to wait and continued to fulfill other customers orders. I will NEVER come to this location again. Bad customer service, management, and overall experience smh
This is an Unprofessional location around 743pm 8/2/2026 I'm in drive thru the young lady with cornroll braids and glasses outside at the back door having a argument with one of the cooks. He's looking like he didn't want to be at work standing at the back door and she is literally standing outside for 5 minutes or more while two guest including myself. She shouldn't be working here if they both can't handle work conflict!!!!!!! This is a Business not Social or Drama Hour
Every time I order from Popeyes, something is wrong. They either miss items, give me the wrong order, or the food quality is terrible. For example, I ordered Sweet & Spicy bone-in chicken and received tenders instead. I also ordered Honey BBQ bone-in chicken and, once again, received tenders.
