When you order from door dash they always for get something from your order amd they give you old fries old sandwiches since it’s a online order smh i knw the difference with good Quality food and old im a chef i knw food and I can say this my fries was greasy and it was shitty
Ok so first i ordered online just to avoid the cost of having to wait in line i pull up come to find out they’ve locked the inside early i go to the window to ask for my food because it says it’s ready online and she tells me i have to go the drive-thru to have my food prepared and made mind you i have already payed online and only ordered a large side of mashed potatoes, fries & red beans and rice and the drive thru has about 9 cars in front of me and they’ve already gotten my money and my order has been put in 15 minutes e... read more
I ordered online and it took one hour to get my food. I asked for a manager and she never addressed me. Her response to the air was "you can go on the app and get a refund." When will AI take over fast food???
Had to wait for food in drive-thru...but well worth it since the boneless wings were fresh, hot! However, the guy didn't bring out everything at once, had to remind him of two missions and items.
