Tonight, Popeye's had this ad up to "download their app for savings". They were pretty crowded, so I let a customer go in front of me, as I downloaded the app. I let another customer go in front of me while I looked at the coupons. I found the coupon, placed my order and it was all downhill from there. The employee screamed to the back to ask if that was a special that they'd honor. She said yes, with a coupon. The Popeyes at 4232 w. Central are dishonest. On 12/15/17,My husband ordered a lg side of green beans to go with our 12 pc dinner as the sides are not big enough to feed a family of 4 and though we were charged 4.99 for the side, we did not receive it. There were of course no condiments or napkins with said meal but as they are complimentary anyway, we said nothing about that when I called the store to speak to the manager, asking only that the 4.99 for the green beans be removed from our debit card.He then tells me he is no... read more
