I ordered my food at 6:48 it is 7:30 as i am writing this. They never offered an apology, a water cup for waiting so long with a 3 year old. People who came in left before me. As i asked why is it taking so long that is when they wanted to say "oh I'm sorry it will be more time" when I asked for a refund. i have worked fast food and other food service jobs.
