So I love Popeyes but I passed tru going out of town for a friends bday and the service was dry, the service we had was trash we only ordered a mango lemonade and chicken sandwich's wit a side of red beans and rice that was also dry. It was the worse service ever it wasn't busy and they asked me to pull up fyi they already had someone pulled up ugh this situation had me very confused and annoyed.
Worst service!!!!! From drive thru - wait to end and I’ve been all over the country . Super rude guy didn’t say anything brought our food out to the car after making us wait , on a PERSONAL call on speaker and we say thank you and he just side eye and walks off . Needs to be fired he’s horrible from start to finish if I was a GM of this store gone boy , ALSO food poisoning waiting to happen food so cold after all that that the cheese dint even melt ! I’d give it zero stars if I could. Walked in and wasn’t greeted but stared down by the man behind the register. I started ordering and he rudely asked me what I wanted for my sides and I told him mac & cheese and he got annoyed and told me that would be about seven mins. He also told me I could not have all dark meat chicken, cause they didn’t have that much and it would be seven minutes and I said that’s fine.
