I’ve been to this location three times. And all three times I’ve visited my online order has always been messed up. I’ve always had to go out of my way to get it fixed via the app but it shouldn’t even happen in the first place. Today I placed a small order the shrimp tackle box and 3 piece tender combo. I got the tender combo but then ended up with a traditional chicken box instead of my shrimp. So not only did I get the wrong order. Everything was fresh and service was fast and friendly.
Store was clean, staff looked great and not one issue with this place.
This place has gone down hill. They’re never busy, but constantly have to wait for someone to take your order at the drive thru. Was just told the wait for a chicken sandwich was 7 min. Other locations are great…this one needs some assistance.
