Came through at 9:42 pm. ONLY car in drive thru. Waited 9 minuets to have order taken. At least a 2 minuet pause between speaking because she was talking to other workers. Finally get complete order taken at 9:58 pm, 16 minuets later. Get to the window wait another 6 minuets for her to take payment. Then get food, wrong food (still only car in drive thru) then says out of ranch, out of doctor pepper. So another 3 minuets to get her to give us soda and correct order, still missing parts of order. March 23, 2025 - Popeyes (3651 Cheney Hwy) This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. I went to the drive-thru to get dinner for my family, and the service was beyond unacceptable. I waited 2–3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and when the employee finally did, she responded with a rude attitude.
