Wanted to have a birthday family dinner with the inlaws got the order to go so when we got home missing the boneless wings sides filled only halfway called to see if they'd correct the issue they said they would and didn't start cooking until we got there the rest of our food is cold and still shorted out wings not 12 pieces

They close one hour before the schedule, the door was open and I paid in the automatic screen. They said can't not prepare my order also their neglected refund my money and also after two week the customer's service also say the can't refund my money worse service ever. Placed a pick up order at 10:30pm, drove 15 minutes to this location and was told at the drivr thru that my order was canceled because a few items were unavailable. I requested to place a new order and asked what was available was told "there's no food left" .... ??? When I asked how that could be possible, I was offered to come back the next day for the food. I just checked my app and my order was not in fact canceled. Awful, just change your hours instead of wasting people's time and gas if you don't want to serve after 10... read more

Service is pathetic. The business hours on line say the restaurant closes at 11:00. We arrived at 9:35. We were told the only food available were three chicken sandwiches. "We're closing soon, but you can come tomorrow to pick up your order". What!?!?!? Popeyes has really good chicken, but as long as I can remember service, in general, is pretty bad. We finally learned our lesson: no more Popeyes for us.
