Friday evening 9;50 I'm standing at the counter waiting to be waited on. The two young ladies standing there looking at me while talking. Ask me if I'm there for a Pickup ? No mam ! Gone over there and use the the machine to place your order. Why ? "I need to lock my door " ! I left, no order because I know it wouldn't be right.
So sad. This facility has been open and closed for many months back and forth with bad management and bad food so today I thought I would give it another try I ordered a three-piece white meat and I got meat that has been sitting for a long time it was so dry it was disgusting the coleslaw tasted old and sour I have now given up on this Popeyes and it's sad because I love Popeyes Chicken. But whoever runs this facility really needs to go to school on how to run a restaurant.
I have to say the reviews for this location had me second guessing my choice for a very large order! I went inside expecting the worst but hoping for the best. Let me say this...The staff was fantastic so personable and cheerful. I told them no offense but I need to make sure it's all here the woman even gave me a bag to transfer to and some coupons as I checked over $100 in food...it was all there! The "tenders" were the thinnest strips of chicken I've ever seen - like they cut real tenders in half. The apple pie was lousy - 75% crust and 25% filling with NO apple pieces at all, just apple goo. First and definitely last time at Popeyes. I gave 2 stars instead of one since I did get something to eat.
Came for a pick up order at 845. I called first to make sure they were still serving because of previous reviews. The staff was really friendly, the place was clean and I had a pretty normal wait time. I’m pregnant so I am really glad everything went well because I probably would have cried if it didn’t.
