After several visits to this store I am left "wanting" a Chik-Fil-A. Hope Titusville eventually gets one. Most Popeyes suffer from food that has laid under the heat lamp too long and dried out. This one is in a poor location in general. Not good for the local crowd. Restaurant Brands International, a Canadian Company owns both Burger King and Popeyes. No local management / oversight explains why both are so sad here in Titusville
Rude, cashier.
The employees at this restraunts were rude and dismissive. All of them need to be FIRED. People walked out due to no service they were all on their phones. I have never received such bad service from anyone like this. WOW GET NEW EMPLOYESS SOON.Looks like reviews from other people are the same as mine. Maybe the manger needs to be fired some of these reviews are a month ago and it is still going on.
Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited a long time for our food, staff was in the back on their cell phones. Multiple customer ended up walking out because nobody came to the front. Our order was wrong and the lady went out of her way to make us wait even longer for the correct order, she was obviously annoyed and didn't care. Seriously need to think about replacing the staff at this location. Place was filthy as well.
