Applegreen or whoever is the operator is cutting corners, definitely not sourcing from required suppliers/distributors. the 6 piece wings does not look like 6-piece wings from any other franchise in the east coast. Extremely mediocre chicken that is poorly fried with thin coating and weird powder that doesn’t even taste like ghost pepper.
Ordered and paid for my food but they were so disorganized they got everyone’s order in line confused. Everyone was leaving because this location was unable to fulfill orders before buses left. Had a whole pile of paid for food but customers already left. I will have to dispute my credit card charge because I never got my food.
The customer service very poor
I’m not the kind to leave bad reviews, however this experience was not something I’m able to wrap my head around. After getting the food, we asked the worker for some honey which she gave us, but when we asked for mayonnaise she snapped with an attitude telling us that Burger King had Mayo. Once we realized they gave us spicy chicken instead of normal, we went in to get the normal one, which they then gave us the normal 2 piece chicken. This experience was not pleasant at all.
Nos atendió una señorita llamada Adams ( así me dijo otro trabajador que se llamaba ) que literalmente nos tiró la bolsa , tiene la apariencia de estar perturbada , y tiene una forma de contestar despota , las papas fritas fueron lo peor que comí en mi vida , jamás volveré a parar aquí , adicionalmente el local estaba súper sucio y se veía desaseado
