Me and my friend stoped by for a school trip. We got in line for Popeyes and it wasn’t even very long. We sat in line for a little over 30 minutes. Once we finally tried to ordered we couldn’t understand the lady that was taking our order. We finally got our food and the chicken was like a giant ball of grease and the chicken was basically all bone. Also I don’t think you should make people pay an extra 50 cents for the tiniest amount of ranch. Your workers also gave us a lot of attitude and there where flys.
Not to crazy about the Staff. I ordered a 2 piece meal, very small sizes for what I paid. The Cashier was not very friendly and told me all the chicken were the same size. I can clearly see bigger pieces. I didn't argue, other customers were waiting. I left, I won't be coming back to this popeyes ever. It was a rest stop and that's the only reason I went. They need better customer service training.

I purchased chicken wings but unfortunately experienced several issues: 1. One wing was only the tip, and another had visible feathers not properly cleaned, which was unacceptable. 2. I ordered Signature Hot, but received a sweet chili flavor instead. This was very disappointing and not the quality I expect from Popeyes. I hope your team can investigate this matter and provide me with a reasonable explanation and compensation. Thank you.
Applegreen or whoever is the operator is cutting corners, definitely not sourcing from required suppliers/distributors. the 6 piece wings does not look like 6-piece wings from any other franchise in the east coast. Extremely mediocre chicken that is poorly fried with thin coating and weird powder that doesn’t even taste like ghost pepper.
