Food was good but service for us was outstanding. We hadn't been to a Popeye's in a while due to past issues at another location in SGF. Tonight we showed up after placing an online order and were told we would have to wait 20 minutes for our order since we hit the dinner rush just right. This store is a real hit or miss when it comes to getting food at a reasonable time. I had to wait over an hour from the time I put in an online order until I actually got my food in my most recent visit.

Had an issue at another location Regina took care of the issue made it more than right , very thankful for her & staff will be coming to this location more often !
My second time at Popeyes 1/5/26 at 12:47pm Went to dine in with my boys and the door was locked with employees inside (toddler had to pee so we couldn’t use restrooms) so I went to at least order our food and be on our way and was waiting at least 25 minutes after ordering and went to the locked door and knocked twice (no answer) another customer went to the window and knocked and a manager came out.
