Pulled into drive thru, was told one moment, and waited 10 minutes in silence. The line of cars behind us got pretty long and several even lefr. We're talking to each other in the car about if they were on break, worker on the headset told us "no, you just need to be patient". Decided to leave, and saw the worker wearing the headset leave her car. It's fine if you're on break and short staffed, but being rude and then lying about it is pretty uncalled for when you dont tell customers what is going on.
Never leave the parking lot before checking to make sure your order is complete (or even the correct order at all). CRAZY!!! Absolutely the worst Popeyes...the worst!!!
Went to drive thru and was told to wait a few, waited 10 min and nothing... after a few attempts I just drove around and Parked.. went in and took 20 min to get my order.. I understand sometimes people have bad days however after talking with another person in the establishment they said this was the norm there.. Employee talking on cell phone not paying attention to customers... WoW just WOW what is becoming of our work force..
